NEScientific, Inc. and its affiliates (“NEScientific,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide this Privacy Notice, which applies to California resident employees, employee applicants, owners, directors, officers, and contractors of NEScientific, as well as, where applicable, those individuals’ emergency contacts and beneficiaries who are California residents. NEScientific does not sell or share Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information, for cross-context behavioral advertising. Additionally, we do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age.
